CentraCRM Solutions was founded in India in 2010 by Vivekanandan Ravindran (Vivek), driven by his deep technical expertise and vision within the global Sage CRM community.
The company was built on a powerful strategic alliance between Vivek and Dan Cousins, President of My CRM Manager. At the time, Vivek was advancing his technical mastery with a Sage partner in the Middle East, while Dan brought extensive experience in Sage CRM marketing and project management. Vivek’s founding vision—to create a specialized technical hub in India—combined with their complementary strengths to form a balanced, full-spectrum approach to CRM solutions. This partnership united deep platform development with strategic execution, a cornerstone that continues to define CentraCRM Solutions today.
From this collaboration, a clear strategic vision emerged—one that remains unchanged today. The plan called for Vivek to return to India, where he would build and lead the technical backbone for CRM projects. This included developing a specialized team capable of managing complex implementations and creating proprietary third-party products for the Sage CRM ecosystem.
